NVIDIA (NVDA.US)      CEO Jensen Huang revealed on Monday that the latest U.S. government restrictions on chip exports to China could impact the company's revenue by US$15 billion.

He expressed deep concern over the additional restrictions on H20 chips, further suggesting that the restrictions open the market for Huawei's AI chips in China.
