Harbin officially launched today (19th) the National Subsidy 2025 Home Renovation Consumer Goods Upgrade campaign, which will offer subsidies across 53 subcategories in three major categories: renovation materials, sanitary ware, and furniture and lighting.

Consumers who purchase eligible products will receive an instant subsidy of 15% off the final price after discounts. For products meeting first-level energy or water efficiency standards, the subsidy rate increases to 20%.

Each consumer is limited to one subsidy per product category, with a maximum of RMB2,000 per transaction and a cumulative maximum subsidy of RMB15,000 during the campaign period.
