The online game and advertising businesses were stronger than expected, driving revenue/ non-IFRS EPS to grow by 13%/ 25% YoY each, beating market consensus by 2.5%/ 3%. Therefore, Nomura kept rating at Buy for TENCENT, and elevated its target price from $468 to $670. The broker also raised its 2025/ 2026 EPS forecasts from RMB26.15/ RMB28.87 to RMB27.32/ RMB30.59.
