The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) announced that it had filed for Zhou Liu Fu Jewellery's IPO in Hong Kong and the conversion of its unlisted domestic shares to overseas listed shares for trading in Hong Kong. The company plans to issue no more than 145.2 million shares and list on HKEX (00388.HK)  +1.600 (+0.424%)    Short selling $272.76M; Ratio 15.955%   .

This is Zhou Liu Fu's second application for a Hong Kong IPO following the expiration of its previous filing on June 27, 2024.
