US President Donald Trump stated that India had proposed to exempt all tariffs on US goods in pursuit of a trade agreement between the two countries, foreign media reported. However, Trump did not provide further specific details.

Trump added that he had spoken with Apple (AAPL.US)      CEO Tim Cook, advising him not to expand production in India; instead, Apple should magnify production in the US.
