Chen Huaping, Vice Chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), stated at this year's 515 National Investor Protection Publicity Day event that the CSRC is launching a new round of capital market reforms and promoting high-quality development of the capital market.

A comprehensive package of policies to deepen reforms of the STAR Market and ChiNext will be introduced to further enhance the inclusiveness and adaptability of the system and ramp up support for technological innovation and the development of new quality productive forces, Chen stressed.

Chen also added that a series of market-stabilizing policies will be delivered in collaboration with all parties to effectively boost the scale and proportion of medium- to long-term capital entering the market, so that new momentum for development will be continuously unleashed on the basis of stability to fortify investor confidence.
