Zhang Liang, the son of R&F PROPERTIES (02777.HK)  -0.020 (-2.020%)    Short selling $419.55K; Ratio 13.965%   co-founder Zhang Li, has been prohibited from leaving China by a Hangzhou court due to a loan dispute, Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the matter.

The court's judgment stated that Zhang Liang failed to fulfill a loan guarantee obligation related to his company, Seedland Real Estate.

The loan dispute reportedly dates back to 2022, but there are currently no indications that Zhang Liang has been detained by authorities.
