Earlier, the company had announced a placement of 25.1365 million new H-shares at HKD15.5 per share, representing a 13.79% discount to the previous closing price of HKD17.98 on May 13. The placement raised net proceeds of approximately HKD382 million.

Moreover, MEDBOT-B's controlling shareholder, Shanghai Latent Artificial Intelligence, sold a total of 30.1635 million shares, representing approx. 3% of the Company's issued share capital, at a price of HKD15.5 per share, involving HKD468 million. Upon completion of the placing, Shanghai Latent Artificial Intelligence's stake will decrease from 48.08% to 43.98%.
