Embodied intelligence company X Square Robot has completed a Series A funding round worth several hundred million RMB, with Meituan Strategic Investment leading and Meituan DragonBall Capital participating in the round, Chinese media reported, citing sources.

As indicated by X Square Robot, the funds raised in this round will be used to accelerate the simultaneous iteration of its fully self-developed end-to-end general embodied intelligence foundation model and the robot hardware itself, as well as to drive intelligent solution collaborations and implementation across multiple future application scenarios.
