U.S. President Donald Trump announced he will sign an executive order to implement a "Most Favored Nation" policy, aiming to reduce U.S. prescription drug prices to levels seen in other high-income countries, with expected reductions of 30-80%, foreign media reported.

Currently, many U.S. prescription drugs are among the world’s most expensive, nearly three times the cost in other developed nations.
