China is considering rolling out a sales system for completed commercial homes nationwide in order to restore homebuyers' confidence in the real estate market, Bloomberg reported, citing sources familiar with the matter.According to the sources, this new approach will target newly built commercial homes, while local governments will retain flexibility on implementation based on their own conditions.
