Citi Research issued a research report saying that LINK REIT (00823.HK)  +0.900 (+2.273%)    Short selling $105.32M; Ratio 14.683%   's share price hiked recently, and expecting the Group to perform strongly in May.

LINK REIT is the biggest beneficiary of the upcoming Stock Connect inclusion of REITs, while the retail sector is favorable during the May Day Golden Week, coupled with a narrowing decline in Hong Kong's retail sales in March, the broker added.
