STANCHART saw its London share price dipped GBX8.5, or 0.8%, to GBX1,088.5 in early trading on Friday (2nd), equivalent to HKD112.2, down 1.2% from Hong Kong’s closing price of HKD113.6.

The bank unveiled its 1Q25 results at noon, reporting a 7% YoY hike in underlying PBT to USD2.277 billion. The reported PBT rose 10% to USD2.103 billion. Underlying EPS was USD62.7 cents, and reported EPS was USD56.6 cents.
