According to the documents filed by Nvidia (NVDA.US) with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, the company's CEO Jensen Huang has received his first salary raise in a decade, CNBC reported.Huang's base annual salary increased by 49% YoY to US$1.5 million and variable cash climbed by 50% from the previous fiscal year to US$1 million.
