Geely Holding Group has announced its plans to integrate its battery business to establish a new battery industry group named "Ji Yao Tong Xing".

This move aims to deepen the group's presence in the battery technology field, enhance resource efficiency, and unify existing battery brands under the name "Shendun Golden Battery".

The group will coordinate management to foster innovation and open up its foundational safety patents to support industry development. The newly established "Ji Yao Tong Xing" will oversee Geely's battery operations, driving technological innovation and application.
