DICKSON CONCEPT (00113.HK)  -0.020 (-0.292%)   announced that BESTCITY ASSETS LIMITED, under Dickson Poon, the Company’s major shareholder, Group Executive Chairman and Executive Director, proposed a privatization plan by way of scheme of arrangement. The offer price is HK$7.2 per share, representing a premium of approximately 50.63% over the closing price of HK$4.78 on the last trading day on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

At the request of the Company, trading in the Shares on the Stock Exchange was halted from 24 April 2025 pending the release of this privatization announcement. An application has been made by the Company to the Stock Exchange for the resumption of trading in the Shares with effect from 30 April 2025 (tomorrow).
