Zhao Chenxin, Vice Chairman of China's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), introduced at a press conference held by the State Council Information Office that certain measures to stabilize employment & economic stability and promote high-quality development include 5 aspects, and focus on highlighting the specificity and operability, as well as on enhancing the sense of gain of enterprises and the public, and will be launched once they are ready.

Of which, as regards support for employment, the measures mainly include encouraging enterprises to actively stabilize employment, enhancing vocational skills training, expanding support such as welfare-to-work and strengthening public services for employment, etc..
