The Operation Monitoring and Coordination Bureau of China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) recently released the economic performance of the telecom industry in 1Q25.

The telecom industry as a whole remained stable. In 1Q, the telecom business logged revenue of RMB446.9 billion, up 0.7% YoY. Calculated at constant prices from the previous year, the total volume of telecom business grew by 7.7% YoY.
