TENCENT (00700.HK)  -11.500 (-2.222%)    Short selling $875.09M; Ratio 7.422%   's Tencent Cloud reached a partnership with Tabelog, a Japanese restaurant search and reservation service platform, to launch the Wechat Mini Program for Tabelog, which will assist Chinese travelers in searching for and making reservations at local restaurants in Japan via WeChat, as announced by Tencent Cloud.

The Mini Program will use WeChat Pay as the payment method and provide 2 reservation modes, naming “seat reservation” and “set meal reservation”. Seat reservation adopts a deposit system, whereby the system will charge a deposit at the time of processing the seat reservation to minimize the risk of absence of the customer.
