Hong Kong tenant sales of LINK REIT (00823.HK)  +0.900 (+2.273%)    Short selling $105.32M; Ratio 14.683%   may bottom in FY2026/27, UBS released a research report saying.

The broker's survey and analysis of retail property supply in Shenzhen and Hong Kong, together with DFI Retail Group's results commentary, suggested that northbound consumption trend is stabilizing. Therefore, UBS raised its target price on LINK REIT from $37.4 to $41, and upgraded the stock from Neutral to Buy.
