Chinese Premier Li Qiang attended the opening ceremony of the China Development Forum 2025 Annual Meeting in Beijing and delivered a keynote speech.

Li stated that China will implement more proactive and effective macro policies, further intensify counter-cyclical adjustments, and introduce new incremental policies when necessary to provide strong support for sustained economic improvement and stable operation.
