Earlier reports citing sources had indicated that the Party Committee of the merged company were established.

Zhu Jian, the current Chairman of Guotai Junan Securities, will serve as the Party Committee Secretary, while Li Junjie, President of Guotai Junan Securities, will take on the role of Deputy Party Committee Secretary.
