HANG SENG BANK (00011.HK)  0.000 (0.000%)    Short selling $71.89M; Ratio 53.629%   announced that Irene Lee, having served on the board for close to 11 years, will retire after the conclusion of the Bank’s Annual General Meeting to be held in May 2025 and will not serve as an Independent Non-executive Director, the Chairman of the Board and the Nomination Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee, the Risk Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the Bank.

Edward Cheng, currently the Deputy Chairman and Chief Executive of WING TAI PPT (00369.HK)  +0.010 (+0.658%)   , has been appointed as Independent Non-executive Director of the Bank with effect from April 1, 2025. Cheng will also join the Nomination Committee, the Audit Committee, the Risk Committee and the Remuneration Committee as a member.
