It is understood that LINK REIT (00823.HK)  +0.550 (+1.513%)    Short selling $48.14M; Ratio 19.595%   has officially established Link Real Estate Partners, with John Saunders, the group's CIO, appointed as CEO, according to the Hong Kong Economic Times.

The report said that the company will expand its business through joint ventures, co-investments, and management contracts, aiming to introduce third-party capital through the "REIT plus" investment case and invest in Asia-Pacific real estate assets of varying risk levels.
