U.S. President Donald Trump implemented tariff increases on China, Mexico and Canada. Morgan Stanley recently released a report, expecting the U.S. may raise a wider range of tariffs in the future, with tariffs investigation likely targeting semiconductor, pharmaceuticals and metals.

The broker upheld its cautious view the mainland China, Taiwan region and South Korea semiconductor and hardware industry. It listed stocks that could be negatively impacted by tariff increases in the US:
