Hong Kong-based provider of a variety of health supplements and cosmetics and skincare products which was founded by artist Roger Kwok, his sister Gammy Kwok and others, HERBS GROUP (02593.HK)  0.000 (0.000%)   , announced the details of its IPO proposing to offer 33.3336 million shares globally, with Hong Kong public offering accounting for 10% and international offering accounting for 90%.

The offer price ranged from $3.75 to $4.15 per share, and the entry fee for a board lot of 800 shares would be about $3,353.48. The IPO will start today (11th) and close at noon next Monday (16th). The stock is expected to be listed next Thursday (19th). The sole sponsor is ABC International.
