Today (14th), the Board resolved to recommend the declaration and distribution of the special dividend out of the share premium account under the reserves of PA GOODDOCTOR (01833.HK)  +0.130 (+1.854%)    Short selling $2.25M; Ratio 11.790%   in the amount of $9.7 per share, according to PA GOODDOCTOR's announcement.

The special dividend will be payable in cash, with eligible shareholders given an option to elect to receive the special dividend wholly in the form of new shares.
