LINK REIT (00823.HK)  -0.450 (-1.098%)    Short selling $92.26M; Ratio 21.624%   's outlook guidance for the second half of the current fiscal year ending March 2025 (FY2025) is cautious, UBS released a research report saying.

Several leading listed retail tenants, such as TAM JAI INTL (02217.HK)  -0.010 (-0.667%)   and FAIRWOOD HOLD (00052.HK)  +0.010 (+0.196%)   , have already issued profit warnings, UBS added.

As a result, with a higher sales base of tenants from 3 years ago, the broker expected that LINK REIT's rental reversion may turn negative in 2HFY2025 and the magnitude will accelerate further to 5% in FY2026.

As the US 10-year treasury yield rose to 4.5% from 3.6% in mid-September, UBS saw limited short-term catalysts for LINK REIT's share price, and kept rating at Neutral. The broker added its target price to $39.4 from $38.
