KMB and LWB announced the latest traffic arrangements saying that the Hong Kong Observatory (HKO) will issue the Strong Wind Signal No. 3. Majority routes of KMB and LWB will gradually resume service from 12:40 pm onwards.

In addition, KMB Routes B1 and B9, LWB Routes S1, S64, S64C, S64P, and S64X are now providing limited services.
