(NLEB), being a wholly-owned subsidiary of ESPRIT HOLDINGS (00330.HK)  0.000 (0.000%)   , resolved, after due and careful consideration, to apply for the commencement of insolvency proceedings at the District Court of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and subsequently, the Insolvency Filing was made on 22 July, according to ESPRIT HOLDINGS' announcement.

NLEB is also the shareholder of NLNB, LULS, ESSS and 33ED. The Insolvency Filing made by NLEB may result in NLNB, LULS, ESSS and 33ED being subject to their own insolvency proceedings in the future.
