PC PARTNER (01263.HK)  -0.050 (-0.665%)   , a computer electronics manufacturer, opened up 15% today (19th), peaking at $5.11. It last printed at $4.95, up 23.75%, on volume of 5.84 million shares and turnover of $28.4583 million.

PC PARTNER issued a positive profit alert, expecting the Group to report a net profit of not less than HK$150 million for the six months ending 30 June 2024, compared to a net profit of HK$20 million for the six months ended 30 June 2023.

Also, for business strategy and development reasons, it is considering the feasibility of seeking a listing of its shares on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) by way of introduction and applying for the withdrawal of the listing of the Shares on the Stock Exchange at such appropriate juncture.

According to its 2023 annual report, PC PARTNER is engaged in the design, manufacture and trading of graphics processing units (GPUs) for desktop computers, with major customers including NVIDIA (NVDA.US)      and AMD (AMD.US)      .
