Apple (AAPL.US)      's 2FQ results have beaten expectations. The company expected overall revenue to post low-single-digit growth and iPhone sales in China to rebound in 3FQ. Apple shares hiked 6% to US$183.46 in after-hours following the results announcement.

Apple concept stocks listed in Hong Kong also advanced. SUNNY OPTICAL (02382.HK)  +0.700 (+1.618%)    Short selling $48.79M; Ratio 8.449%   opened 5.1% higher today (3 May) and peaked at $42.5. It trades now at $41.75, mounting 4.51%, with a volume of 2.5088 million shares, involving $105 million.

AAC TECH (02018.HK)  -1.900 (-7.308%)    Short selling $52.39M; Ratio 15.724%   opened 3.96% higher and once reached $26.3. It now trades at $26.15, rising 3.56%, with 984,700 shares traded, involving $25.6901 million. COWELL (01415.HK)  -0.480 (-2.417%)    Short selling $1.81M; Ratio 3.588%   opened 1.45% higher and logged a high of $18.46. It is now trading at $18.4, elevating 2.56%, with 483,000 shares traded, involving $8.8633 million.
