L'OCCITANE announced that L'Occitane Groupe S.A., a controlling shareholder which holds 72.64% stake in the company, made a privatization proposal for L'OCCITANE at a cash offer price of $34 per share, a premium of 15.25% over the price as quoted before trading halt. The maximum value for the Offers is expected to be approximately $13.907 billion.
