Hyundai and Kia entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with BIDU-SW (09888.HK)  +2.500 (+2.306%)    Short selling $463.68M; Ratio 24.693%   (BIDU.US)      on intelligent connected vehicle (ICV) in Beijing, according to Yonhap News Agency.

Hyundai and Kia will work with BIDU-SW to build a new business ecosystem in the areas of ICV, driverless cars, intelligent transportation system and cloud computing, etc., according to the statement.
