The total investment amounted to approx. RMB365 million, representing 73.1% of the lower limit of RMB500 million set for the shareholding increase plan. Capital Holdings will continue to acquire the Company’s shares as and when appropriate in accordance with the shareholding increase plan.

The implementation of the shareholding increase plan will not result in the distribution of the company’s shares failing to meet the listing conditions, nor will it result in any change in the controlling shareholder and de facto controller of the company.
