In the first quarter of this year, China's telecom revenue whopped RMB443.7 billion, notching a 4.5% year-on-year hike, which maintained stable growth, Zhao Zhiguo, spokesperson and chief engineer of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), said at a press conference of the State Council Information Office.
