Today is the settlement day for index futures and is the peak of the results announcement period, and the Hong Kong market lowered repeatedly in the morning. HSI slumped 105 points, or 0.6%, to 16,512 for the half-day. HSCEI declined 52 points or 0.9% to 5,773. HSTECH descended 57 points, or 1.7%, to 3,413. Half-day turnover totalled $60.663 billion.

BABA withdrew Cainiao's listing application, and its shares retreated 2.2%. TENCENT (00700.HK)  0.000 (0.000%)    Short selling $1.12B; Ratio 12.629%   agreed to develop apps for Apple's (AAPL.US)      VisionPro, and TENCENT elevated 2.2% to $306.
