Stock Exchange disclosure data shows that Schroders PLC reduced its stake in SAMSONITE (01910.HK)  -0.150 (-0.542%)    Short selling $20.97M; Ratio 25.636%   by 687,300 shares 2 days ago (19 Mar), at an average consideration of $30.3356 per share, involving nearly $20.8497 million.

After the completion of the sale, Schroder's shareholding in SAMSONITE dropped from 5.04% to 4.99%, which is below the level of disclosure required under the Listing Rules.
