As of last Friday (15th), COUNTRY GARDEN (02007.HK)  0.000 (0.000%)   had 272 projects whitelisted under its umbrella, which were distributed in 25 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government in China, with received financing support amounting to RMB1.732 billion, the company announced. Meanwhile, financing for other whitelisted projects is arriving successively.

According to the group, the whitelist policy is a booster for Chinese property developers that are currently endeavoring to ensure housing delivery, injecting strong impetus into project construction and timely delivery.
