The U.S. President Joe Biden expects the Federal Reserve will cut interest rates, whereas the current market estimates that it will start the interest rate reduction cycle in June, foreign news reported.

Biden said there is no guarantee that the Fed will cut rates, while betting that interest rates will drop, but he did not specify when the cuts will take place.
