Together with the sites they have already acquired, the two major developers are estimated to hold about 1.8 million square feet of agricultural land in the area.Among them, according to the proposed outline development plan for the San Tin Technopole announced by the government in May this year, about 1.2 million square feet of land lies within the area of the Technopole that can be used for mixed development.
