Jack Siu, senior Asia-Pacific investment strategist at Credit Suisse, said at the press conference that the seeking-trough of Hong Kong's economy has seemingly moderated as evidenced by generally lessened global travelers to Hong Kong. Siu forecast the economic growth of Hong Kong to remain between zero and negative 1%, subject to the effectiveness of February's fiscal policy.
The strategist projected Hang Seng Index to hit 27,000 in next three to six months with a Neutral view. In absence of catalysts still, the timing of the index rebound is unpredictable.
