Dealings in the shares of SCMP GROUP (00583.HK) have been suspended since pre-opening session.
The Options granted by Kerry Media Limited will expire tomorrow. If the options are fully exercised, the public float may be diluted from 25% to 10.6%, falling below a minimum of 25% as required by the Listing Rules.

The Stock Exchange has indicated that, assuming there are no other changes to the shareholding structure of the Company, the Company’s percentage of public float will be regarded as having fallen to approximately 10.5871% on the Final Return Date and the Company is required to suspend trading in the Shares on 26 February 2013 until the minimum public float is restored.
