Zhou Xiaochuan & CY Leung exchange opinions on financial cooperation

PBOC reported Governor Zhou Xiaochuan and Chief Executive CY Leung had a meeting this morning in Beijing, both parties had exchanged points of view concerning the financial cooperation between HK and China.

According to the news report, CY Leung stated HK has played its role as an international financial centre and gained fruitful results in the financial industry with the support provided by the central government. He believed there are still a lot of development opportunities in China, and HK can continue to utilise its platform and competitive edges.
