Since 2026, projects sold and co-developed by NEW WORLD DEV (00017.HK) have charted total sales of approximately 1,300 units, including key projects "Grand Austin Bohemian" and "Pavilia Farm". Together with car parking space sales, total contracted sales have exceeded HKD20 billion, about 1.7x higher than approximately HKD7.5 billion in the same period last year. Among them, Phase 3 of Pavilia Farm, a residential project atop Tai Wai Station co-developed by NEW WORLD DEV and MTR CORPORATION (00066.HK), has cumulatively sold 358 units since its relaunch, generating more than HKD5.7 billion in cash proceeds.
