Hisense Group is considering potential plans for its consumption electronics and home appliance subsidiaries, including the possibility of a merger, Bloomberg, citing sources familiar with the matter, reported. One of the plans may involve HISENSE VISUAL (600060.SH) acquiring HISENSE HA (00921.HK), and the merged entity may be listed in Hong Kong, sources divulged. Today, HISENSE VISUAL closed at RMB26.46, up 3.76%, with a turnover of RMB562 million; and HISENSE HA closed at HKD26.62, up 6.99%, with a turnover of HKD166 million.
