<Research>CLSA Keeps Outperform on GALAXY ENT, Expects Future Div. Payout Ratio to Hit 69%

Since 2023, GALAXY ENT (00027.HK), while maintaining a prudent asset-liability management approach, has raised its dividend payout ratio from 32% to 58% in 1H25, according to a CLSA research report. Although CLSA assumes GALAXY ENT's dividend payout ratio will stabilize at 60%, if GALAXY ENT returns all recurring free cash flow to shareholders, the ratio could increase to at least 69% in 2025-27. CLSA kept an Outperform rating and a target price of HKD50 on GALAXY ENT. GALAXY ENT also remained as one of CLSA's top picks in the Macau gaming sector, given that hosting major events will help it secure steady market share revenue, and there is room for dividend payout ratio improvement.
