LI AUTO-W (02015.HK) recently announced an organizational restructuring, according to Chinese media. The organizational department and human resources department, both first-level departments under the organizational and financial group managed by Group CFO Li Tie, were integrated into human resources and merged into the product and strategy group. The organizational and financial group was renamed the CFO functional group. It is reported that veteran employee Yang Haishan will head the newly established Human Resources department, reporting to CEO Li Xiang. This marks the first time Li is directly managing human resources-related affairs. LI AUTO-W last printed at $80.75, climbing 1.38%, with 3.5955 million shares traded, involving $289 million.
