Amap Reduces Complaints Against Partnered HK Taxis by 40%+ Since Launch of 'Fare Guardian' 6 Mths Ago

According to the latest data from BABA-W (09988.HK)'s Amap, the complaint rate among Hong Kong taxi fleets partnered with Amap dropped by more than 40% YoY over the past six months, thanks to Amap's innovative services like "Fare Guardian".

Data also shows that over 90% of fare-related issues were proactively detected and properly resolved by the system before passengers filed complaints.
