SINO HARBOUR PROPERTY GROUP LI (01663) announced it received subscriptions of 13.486M shares, representing 4.5% of the offering total amount. The quotas left has already been reallocated and the placing part was thus increased to 286M shares, representing 95.5% of the total amount. The shares will be listed tomorrow (22 July) at floor price $1.1 and the net proceeds will be $302M.
